Description: You voted and Canon Friends beat out Foes & Females for this months theme challenge. So for this month let's shine an appreciative light on those characters that make the turtle's lives better through friendship. Try Splinter, April O’Neil, Casey Jones, Metalhead, Usagi, Nobody, Traximus, Fugitoid, Angel, Leatherhead or any other canon friend from any universe.

Been a member for a while but never entered? Well this is the one to enter! Our group is the most fun when everyone participates, so occasionally we'll add a Double Points Incentive to our challenges, and its on for April. If we get at least 20 valid entries to the April challenge, it's DOUBLE the prize points. That's right, first place will be worth 100pts to keep for yourself or give as a gift. So get to work on your entry and over the next month if you see a work that should be in our contest be sure to encourage the artist to join and enter.
The fine print:
Submit entries to the TMNTContests "Canon Friends" Gallery Folder.
Only one entry per participant.
You're encouraged to also submit to our affiliate TMNTCommunityAwards for April.
All entries must be related to TMNT, any version. All entries must be have a Deviantart submission date of Apr. 1st or later.
*A minimum of 3 entries needed for contest to be held and prizes awarded. In the event of less than 3 entries, each entrant will receive a 15pt participation gift, instead.
Please include a link to the contest and the group in the description of your entry.
All entries must be inspired by the theme in some way.
All interpretations of the theme are accepted including ( Tcest, AU, Tot, SAINW, etc...) however mature or potentially offensive work MUST be tagged/filtered with appropriate warnings.
No OC's or Crossovers allowed for this particular contest. All characters featured must be TMNT canon.
Mike, Leo, Raph and Don are allowed in your entry but at least one canon friend should also be featured.
All entries/votes must be submitted by 11:59EST on the last day of the submission/voting period.
Voting is open to anyone. Membership NOT required. One ballot per deviant.
Participants are encouraged to vote but may not rank themselves.
Vote by sending a note with your rankings to TMNTContests. A minimum # of rankings for a valid ballot will be announced once the submission period has closed.
