In the shadows, a figure raced through an alleyway, hopped onto a steel ladder in silent ease and crept in the darkness along the side of a building. Soon, the figure leaped to the top of the roof and out of sight, shielded by the darkness of the night.
The cement was cold beneath Leonardo's feet, but he honestly barely felt it. The wind grazed his skin and Leonardo closed his eyes and sighed. Silence filled his ears and, for the first time in a while, the mutant felt as though he could breathe.
Leonardo stood at the edge of the building and collapsed into a seating position, his legs dangling over the edge. It was nice to not have constant bickering surrounding him. He loved his brothers dearly...but with all of the stress of April moving in, them back stabbing Karai to them being responsible for Timothy become an acidic blob...the mutant needed space. And a lot of it. But he didn't get it down below in the sewers. He was the leader. The big brother. Everyone naturally came to him. He

The fine print:

 Submit entries to the TMNTContests "Under the Stars"Gallery Folder.

 Only one entry per participant. 

 You're encouraged to also  submit to our affiliate TMNTCommunityAwards for October. 

 All entries must be related to TMNT, any version. 
 All entries must be have a Deviantart submission date of Oct 1st or later. 

  *A minimum of 3 entries needed for contest to be held and prizes awarded. In the event of less than 3 entries, each entrant will receive a 15pt participation gift, instead.

Please include a link to the contest and/or the group in the description of your entry.

 All entries must be inspired by the theme in some way. 

 All interpretations of the theme are accepted including ( Tcest, AU, Tot, Crossover, SAINW, OC etc...) however mature or potentially offensive work MUST be tagged/filtered with appropriate warnings.

 All entries/votes must be submitted by 11:59EST on the last day of the submission/voting period.

 Voting is open to anyone. Membership NOT required. One ballot per deviant.  

 Participants are encouraged to vote but may not rank themselves. 

 Vote by sending a note with your rankings to TMNTContests. A minimum # of rankings for a valid ballot will be announced once the submission period has closed. 

 Please consider mentioning us in your journal & spreading the word, the more the merrier!
